The shoe
Five carbon Energyrods run where your metatarsals do, sandwiched between two layers of Lightstrike Pro. The foam is the news: adidas reformulated it softer and bouncier for this one, so it is not the Lightstrike Pro in the Adios Pro 3 or the Evo SL, and it is still TPEE rather than the PEBA everyone else races on. 39/33mm of stack, a 6mm drop, 200g, and Continental rubber only where the forefoot lands.
