The shoe

Full-length Nitrofoam Elite wrapped around a PWRPLATE that Puma rebuilt for this version, cut with grooves and windows instead of running as a flat sheet. 40/32mm of stack sits right on the racing limit, the drop is 8mm, and it weighs 170g, which is 80g less than the trainer that shares its name. The old complaint was the outsole, so there is more PUMAGRIP on this one, at the heel as well as the forefoot.
