The same Lightstrike Pro that made the Adios Pro 3 famous, in a shoe you can train in every day. Light, quick and a lot cheaper than the racer it borrows from.

The shoe
The same Lightstrike Pro foam adidas put in the Adios Pro 3, in a shoe with no carbon plate and a far lower price. It is the older formulation, not the newer Lightstrike Pro in the Adios Pro 4. 39/33mm of stack, a 6mm drop and 224g, with a nylon shank through the midfoot instead of a full plate, and Continental rubber under the forefoot.
What the foam actually is
One foam, all the way through
Primary foam
Lightstrike Pro
TPEE, thermoplastic polyester elastomer
This is the original Lightstrike Pro formulation from the Adios Pro 3, not the newer version in the Adios Pro 4.

We only give a shoe a verdict once we have run in it ourselves. The numbers above are the facts. The opinion lands when the miles are done.
