The shoe
A full-length carbon Flyplate sits between two foams: ZoomX above it for the bounce Nike races in, and firmer SR-02 below it to take the abuse ZoomX will not. That sandwich is why this survives a training block when a racer would not, and why it carries 244g at 40/32mm rather than the 190g a race shoe manages. The drop is 8mm, and the rubber is a waffle forefoot with pods either side of an exposed midfoot.
